- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and the carrier’s schedule.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, the weight of the items, and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

- International Shipping: For international orders, shipping charges will depend on your location, and delivery times may vary.
3. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during regular business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. If your country is eligible for international shipping, the available shipping methods and their respective delivery times will be shown during checkout.
- Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees depending on your country’s regulations. - P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses for certain shipping methods. If there are any issues with shipping to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
- Restricted Locations: OmegaEliteCA may not be able to deliver to certain locations due to shipping restrictions or carrier limitations. If we are unable to fulfill an order to a specific location, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions or a full refund.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available) via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after shipment, and it may take up to 24-48 hours for the system to update.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain circumstances may cause shipping delays, including but not limited to:

8. Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Missing Shipments: If your shipment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service team. We will investigate the situation with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You will need to provide details of the damage along with photos, and we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund based on the situation.
9. Shipping Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If there is an issue with the address provided, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
10. Shipping Refunds
In case your order is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address or other shipping issues, we will contact you to resolve the matter. Any shipping charges incurred due to customer error or refusal to accept the package are non-refundable.
